I am expecting Amazon to ship out this item with no defect and at no charge to my end-user as a courtesy. And, since this is an inexpensive item, after the first DOA I ordered the replacement without even dealing with the return process because shipping and handling and the time I would be putting in this entire process weren't worth it. This is my third time to order the same item because the first two turned out to be defective on arrival. I don't know what is wrong with this product but I am very disappointed.
not even a tone dial. It doesn't even have a bass or tremble dial. I returned this "Hi-Fi System" because the CD player didn't work. That may have been bad luck, but it is still pretty junky.
